Why would I take XAll and why would I take one of the symptom specific boosters?

XAll is a great all-rounder, to be taken daily, acting rather like a multivitamin for period symptoms, and will give relief to anyone who suffers with general menstrual symptoms each month. The formulation includes a blend of ingredients, in evidence-based doses, that support hormonal balance.

Our tailor-made booster products are designed to target specific symptoms - XCramp, XMood, XBloat and XBreakout. These are designed to be taken for 7 days leading up to your period and during your period. They have high concentrations of ingredients that specifically target each of the symptoms, so that you can personalise your supplements depending on how you experience your period.

Many of our existing consumers take XAll every day, and then add in a booster to target a specific symptom in the run up to and during their period.
